Kelso won the Jockey Club Gold Cup five straight years, Forego won four consecutive runnings of the Woodward, and a host of good horses have dominated a particular event three years in a row, including Goldikova (the Breeders Cup Mile), Discovery (the Brooklyn and the Whitney), Native Diver (the Hollywood Gold Cup), and John Henry (the Oak Tree Invitational). Now comes Living The Life, owned by software entrepreneur Hank Nothhaft, who on Monday will make her annual pilgrimage to the banks of Lake Erie for the $400,000 Presque Isle Downs Masters, a Grade 2 event for fillies and mares at 6-1/2 furlongs on Tapeta. If she can handle stout competition like Birdatthewire, Elusive Collection, and Bar of Gold, Living The Life can lay claim to a high-class three-peat of her own.In 2014, while making only her second start in the U.S., the Irish mare won the Masters by half a length over Disco Barbie in 1:15.26. Last year, Living The Life beat the favored Leigh Court by three-quarters of a length in 1:15.17.In fact, the Masters is the only real constant in Living The Lifes world. She is a very talented square peg in the round hole of U.S. racing, which places older female synthetic-track sprinters well down on the food chain, unless their name is Groupie Doll or Judy the Beauty.Since she joined the Gary Mandella stable in the spring of 2014 after handsome all-weather-track wins in England, Living The Life has run in 12 races other than the Masters, as varied as 6-1/2 furlongs down the Santa Anita hillside turf course to 1-1/8 miles on dirt. She has won a Grade 3 race at a mile on Tapeta at Golden Gate Fields, finished second in the Grade 2 Great Lady M. at 6-1/2 furlongs on dirt, and was third in the Grade 1 Santa Margarita last winter at Santa Anita in a field of five. This is considered good management, especially when horses like Living The Life had the synthetic rug pulled out from under them in Southern California. Not too many days go by when I dont think about how shed run on synthetic at Santa Anita in the Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Sprint, Mandella said. So, weve had to be a little creative, and shes been able to add some things on the dirt to her résumé, which was a nice surprise.Living The Life is 6, which makes her the same age as Beholder. They trained in proximity at Del Mar, where the younger Mandella shares space in one of the massive multipurpose barns with his Hall of Fame father, Richard.Shes really athletic, much more a ballerina to Beholders backyard bully, Gary said. She weighs like 300 pounds less than Beholder, but shes just so nimble and light on her feet, and she has a heart of gold. Most owners and trainers would be tempted to pack Living The Life in bubble wrap right after the Masters each year and not risk missing the next one. This, Gary Mandella noted, would go contrary to the spirit of the exercise. You cant just do nothing, the trainer said. Youve got to take a few shots. To that end, they stretched her out earlier this year and even tried her against the boys on May 30 at Golden Gate in the All American, in which Living The Life ran the best race, by the numbers, of her U.S. career. There were high hopes for her subsequent start in the Southern Truce at Santa Anita, and the players agreed, making Living The Life the firm favorite at 1-1/16 miles on dirt. To everyones shock, she was eased home last of seven. She came out of that race with a big, nasty stone bruise, Mandella said. I just have to think she found a misplaced rock out there because its very unlike her to come up with something like that.Mandella was able to train the mare without interruption during Del Mar, where she turned in a couple of bullet works as if the bruise were ancient history. She has been at Presque Isle since Sept. 7, getting reacquainted with the surface ? and the wildlife. The races there had to be suspended briefly last summer because deer were encroaching on the track. By the time the 2015 Masters came around, order was restored, but the wildlife still lurked.Joe Bravo told me she saw them last year in the post parade, and she didnt like them, said Mandella, who has Flavien Prat aboard this time. Joe wasnt sure if shed even break out of the gate.Higher perimeter fences have dealt with Bambi and his pals. This year, the challenge could come from the weather since rain is predicted through the weekend, clearing Monday. She might find a different version of the racetrack shes been on the last two years, the trainer said. Although in California, when synthetic tracks got rain, they seemed to get better and have more bounce.Mandella has not been pricing local lakeside real estate in case Living The Life keeps coming back year after year after year. He was, however, more than halfway there on Friday morning, sticking his hand in the air at the Keeneland pavilion during the yearling sale.We got a very nice filly for $60,000, Mandella said. The next Living The Life?We can hope. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The Grade 1 Hopeful was eventful from start to beyond the finish, but when it was over, it had a most appropriate ending as Chad Brown and Jose Ortiz were standing in the Saratoga winners circle on closing day.Practical Joke rallied three wide in the stretch and ran down the pace-setting pair of Royal Copy and Pretty Boy Flash to win Mondays $350,000 Hopeful by a neck. Royal Copy, whose jockey, Luis Saez, dropped his whip at the sixteenth pole, got second by a nose over Pretty Boy Flash. It was 6-3/4 lengths farther back to Bitumen, who was followed by Everybodyluvsrudy and Runaway Lute.Classic Empire, the 8-5 favorite, veered out leaving the gate and unseated jockey Irad Ortiz Jr., who fell to the ground. Ortiz actually got up and caught the horse. Classic Empire was vanned off after exhibiting mild lameness, according to New York Racing Association veterinarian Anthony Verderosa.Mark Casse, the trainer of Classic Empire, said later that the horse hit himself on the right foreleg but is okay. After the wire, Runaway Lute, who finished last, fell down, unseating jockey Ricardo Santana Jr. Runaway Lute was deemed fine by his trainer, Gary Contessa. Santana, who was down on the track for a few minutes, got up and was cleared to ride the last race.Meanwhile, Practical Joke gave Brown his 40th win of the meet, a training record for a 40-day Saratoga season. It was also Browns first Grade 1 victory on dirt with a male horse. His other two Grade 1 winners on dirt were Awesome Feather in the Gazelle Stakes and Wavell Avenue in the Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Sprint.ddddddddddddIt was the 65th win of the meet for Jose Ortiz, who won his first Saratoga riding title by eight wins over his brother Irad. It was also Ortizs first Grade 1 win of the meet.Practical Joke, a son of Into Mischief, raced inside of Bitumen while Pretty Boy Flash and Royal Copy set a moderate pace of 23.80 seconds for the quarter and 47.69 for the half-mile.Ortiz began to ask his horse at the three-furlong pole and swung him three wide approaching the top of the stretch. Meanwhile, Royal Copy, on the inside, and Pretty Boy Flash, on the outside under John Velazquez, were still running in the stretch. In the final furlong, Practical Joke started gaining on the leading duo, and he was able to run them down late.He gave me a great turn of foot when I put him in the clear, but then the other two horses, they went so slow in front that they kept fighting, Ortiz said. As soon as he put the head in front, he kept going.Practical Joke, owned by Seth Klarman and Bill Lawrence, covered the seven furlongs in 1:23.39 and returned $6.20 as the second choice.Brown said hes been impressed with Practical Jokes professionalism from Day 1.For a baby, as well as he ran first time out, as fast he ran on all [speed] figures, Ive never seen this horse rattled at any moment since he came in the barn, Brown said. So professional, and he showed his class today. He was in a box today most of the way, he never panicked, and neither did Jose. PHILADELPHIA -- Matt Kemps arrival in Atlanta has revived the Braves offense.Freddie Freeman hit a tiebreaking RBI double in the ninth, Kemp had four RBI and the Braves beat the Philadelphia Phillies 8-4 on Friday night.Ender Inciarte and Adonis Garcia started the ninth with consecutive singles off closer Jeanmar Gomez (3-3). Freeman then lined a double to left to put the Braves up 5-4. Kemp followed with an RBI single past a drawn-in infield. Kemps three-run homer in the fifth tied it at 4.Nick Markakis added an RBI double in the ninth and Tyler Flowers had a sacrifice fly.Theyre hitting, man, Braves interim manager Brian Snitker said. Matt, he hit the homer, but that add-on run was just a good piece of hitting. Hes just an RBI guy. Some guys have a knack for driving runs in. He and Freddie drive runs in. They love those situations. The Braves acquired Kemp from San Diego on July 30. He has four of his 27 homers and 23 of his 92 RBI in 30 games for Atlanta. The offense has been showing up the last week or so. Actually, since Matty got here, Freeman said. The Braves have scored the second-most runs in the majors (157) since Kemps first game on Aug. 2.Weve got some dangerous hitters in this lineup, guys that have been there and done that, Kemp said. I really feel the first two guys are setting the table for us offensively. Then me, Freddie and (Nick) Markakis and the rest of us, were just feeding off of that.A.J. Ellis hit a three-run homer for the Phillies, who blew a 4-0 lead.Braves starter Joel De La Cruz allowed four runs and six hits in five innings and remained 0-7. Mauricio Cabrera (3-0) struck out three straight batters in the eighth after allowing singles to the first two batters.Phillies starter Jeremy Hellickson blew a 4-0 lead and allowed four runs and five hits in six innings. The Braves started their rally in the fifth when Gordon Beckham led off with a double and scored on Inciartes infield single. With two on and two outs, Kemp drove a 1-2 hanging curve to the seats in left-center. A frustrated Hellickson crouched behind the mound and scratched his head while Kemp circled the bases.Id like to have that one back, Hellickson said. Just a curveball that stayed in the zone too long. I get ahead 0-2 on Kemp and I couldnt put him away. I cant make a mistake up in the zone like that with a 4-1 lead.Ryan Howard slapped an RBI double the opposite way to left to give the Phillies a 1-0 lead in the first.Darin Ruf lined a single, Freddy Galvis ripped a double and Ellis drove one out to right to make it 4-0 in the second. Ellis already has five RBI in 11 at-bats for the Phillies after driving in only 13 runs in 139 at-bats with the Dodgers.STATSInciarte has a 13-game hitting streak. ... Braves had lost four straight in Philadelphia. ... Maikel Franco snapped an 0-for-17 slump with a single in the eighth. ... Hellickson has allowed a team-high 24 homers. .... Phillies had nine hits after getting nine combined in three games against the Nationals.STANDINGSThe Braves (52-83) have won four straight, but still have the NLs worst record. Two Baron steals.Three open inhibitors.Sixty-six minutes.A slugfest that would make Rocky blush. With wildcard Albus Nox Luna fighting for a quarterfinal spot, the team from Russia that nobody counted on took down the favorites ROX Tigers from South Korea in a 66-minute endurance match. The game kicked off with a First Blood against the Tigers Lee Kuro Seo-haeng, which Albus pressured again a short time later. With the mid lane lost, ROX focused on the side lanes winning. Both sides committed mistakes - jungler Han Peanut Wang-ho was mechanically suspect early on, and Albus mid laner Mykhailo Kira Harmash blew two summoner spells on a sloppy solo engage.Still, the game played out like a prize fight, with ROX working to get back into the game after being behind at 30-minutes, 6k gold and no tower to its name. Both teams kept slugging back and forth, and eventually, ROX caught a break and Albus wavered when the Tigers stole Baron at 37:12. A second Baron steal again kept ROX alive. However, with three open inhibitors, Albus Nox Luna was able to eventually utilize the Super Minions to push themselves further than any wildcard has gone before - into the bracket stage of the League of Legends World Championship. Bullish ball-carrying loose-forwards Hughes and Vunipola will collide when Wasps face Saracens in the semi-finals of the European Champions Cup, but they could ultimately become England team-mates in the fullness of time. And Smith insists the pair could forge a devastating combination, despite their similar strengths. Definitely there is scope for them to play together in the same England back-row, said Smith. All back-rowers have to have the ability to play all three of the positions, you dont want to be one-dimensional in the way you play the game. You dont want a number eight just to have the specific skills for that position, he has to have the ability to switch between six and seven as well. Viru Sibanda (59 off 46 balls) hit a maiden T20I half century for Zimbabwe, helping them to 158-8 from their 20 overs.Sibanda put on 61 for the fifth wicket with Malcolm Waller (26) after Zimbabwe struggled at the start, losing four wickets inside eight overs. However, both were dismissed inside four balls in the 17th over as Zimbabwe again lost a cluster of quick wickets before a crucial unbeaten 30 off 13 balls from Elton Chigumbura - including three sixes - helped them to a winning score.Jamie Atkinson (53 off 44) hit fifty for Hong Kong, but with the required run-rate creeping above 13-an-over, he fell in the 17th over.Tanwir Azfal (31no off 17) briefly threatened to take the game to the wire, striking three fours and a six, and Zimbabwe will have been particularly worried when Chigumbura dropped the Hong Kong captain on 17.With 30 needed from the final two overs, Tendai Chatara (2-28) took two wickets in two balls to find himself on a hat-trick. He could not take it, but Zimbabwe would close the game out for the win. After Hong Kong won the toss and chose to field, they benefited from some dozy running by Hamilton Masakadza (20 off 13), the Zimbabwe skipper was run out with his bat not grounded and his foot off the floor when a direct hit clattered into the stummps.dddddddddddd Sibanda acknowledges the crowd after reaching his half-century The impressive Tanwir (2-19) then removed Richmond Mutumbami - for a duck - and Sean Williams (12) as Zimbabwe stumbled to 62-4.The scoring rate was still high thanks to Sibandas efforts at the other end, and he rebuilt with Waller, notching a vital fifty-partnership.Aizaz Khan (2-33) removed both in the same over and another run out meant Zimbabwe had lost three wickets for four runs and were suddenly struggling to set a decent score, before Chigumburas fireworks from the final two overs.Hong Kong made a slow start to their reply, hitting only five boundaries and one six in the first 10 overs, scoring 48 and losing Ryan Campbell and Babar Hayat, both for nine.Atkinson received some useful support from Mark Chapman (19 off 17) and Anshuman Rath (13 off 8), but perished soon after reaching his fifty, and Hong Kongs hopes of an unlikely win disappeared with him, despite Tanwirs best efforts.Sky Sports is the only place you can watch all 35 games in 27 days of the 2016 ICC World T20. ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. -- One bad decision cost Mackenzie Hughes his 3-shot lead in the RSM Classic.Remarkable poise and a pure putting stroke for the Canadian rookie left him one round away from a wire-to-wire victory at Sea Island.Hughes bounced back from his blunder with a tough par save, three birdies and a 2-under 68 that gave him a 1-shot lead over Billy Horschel, Camilo Villegas and?C.T. Pan?going into the final round expected to feature more strong wind.Everyones going to be fighting the same kind of nerves trying to win, and hopefully, Ill be on top again tomorrow, Hughes said.Hughes was sailing along on the Seaside course Saturday, bogey-free for the first 46 holes of the tournament, when he tried to do too much from an awkward lie in a fairway bunker on the 11th hole instead of pitching back to the fairway. His feet slipped in the sand on his first shot, and it stayed in the bunker in a worse lie. The next shot was so fat it only went about 40 yards into another bunker. And then he three-putted from 50 feet and his lead had vanished. It was almost like I had been punched in the face there, making a triple after everything seemed to be going pretty smoothly, Hughes said.He kept enough of senses to remind himself that he was still tied for the lead in only his fifth event of his rookie season, and there was plenty of golf left. What followed was his most important shot of the week, a super pitch up a steep slope to a back pin to tap-in range to save par, and then three birdies over the next four holes. That pitch on 12 was probably my shot of the day, he said. Because if I follow that up with a bogey, the wheels start to come off even more.Hughes was at 16-under 196.Horschel, who hasnt won since the Tour Championship two years ago when he captured the FedEx Cup, holed a 10-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole of the Seaside course at Sea Island for a 65. Villegas overcame a double-bogey early in his round and finished with four straight birdies for a 64.Joining them at 15-under 197 was another PGA Tour rookie, Pan of Taiwan. He shot a 67 playing in the final group.More than costing Hughes a big lead, that triple-bogey made the final round of the year on the PGA Tour far more bunched than it needed to be. Ten players were within 4 shots of the lead, a group that included Charles Howell III (13-under 199) and Stewart Cink (12-under 200).Horschel has slipped to No. 76 in the world since his big FedEx Cup run in 2014. He has worked hard on his short game and feels that turning around, and he believes the windy conditions after two days of calm might have helped someone who hits the ball as crisply as he does.He thinks experience will play a role, too.Theres some young guys up there on the leaderboard that havent been in ... obviously, theyve won other times, but out on the PGA Tour its a little bit different. But it all depends on what kind of conditions we get. I would to have similar conditions today because I think the better player shows up in these conditions.Villegas also has gone two years without a victory, and he lost his card this year and only got into the tournament as a past champion. One week could change everything.Let me tell you something, its 18 more holes of golf. Im feeling good, Villegas said. Ive been a lot more comfortable than I have been. I think its all about having the mind in the right place. My shots when Im calm out there are pretty good and hopefully we can accomplish that tomorrow. I think the leaderboard is jam-packed as always. Were playing the PGA Tour, the best players in the world, but Ive got to wake up tomorrow believing I can do it.Pan, a former No. 1 amateur when he was at Washington, went from four shots behind to a 1-shot lead in two holes when he rolled in a pair of birdies and Hughes made a mess of the 11th hole. Pan dropped a shot on the next hole with a wild tee shot that the wind made look worse, but he was never out of position the rest of the way.Hughes, who got married during his only week off this fall, has led at Sea Island from his opening 61 on the Seaside course. He will try to join Cody Gribble as PGA Tour rookies to win in the fall portion of the season, with one difference: This victory earns a spot in the Masters. Wholesale NFL Autographed Jerseys . Martinez was playing reasonably shallow in right field, willing to risk a ball hit over his head. That decision paid off when Travis dArnaud poked a single right to him.Martinez threw Jay Bruce out at the plate on the final play of the game, enabling the Detroit Tigers to hold on for a pulsating 6-5 victory over the New York Mets on Saturday night. Bruce was trying to score from second on dArnauds hit, and Martinez was ready.I was kind of in a way anticipating it a little bit, Martinez said. I wasnt confident that he was really going to drive something over my head, so I kind of just shaded in a little bit more than perhaps they say you should.New York trailed 6-1 before rallying with two runs each in the fifth and seventh, and with men on first and second and two out in the ninth, dArnaud hit a single to right. Martinez charged the ball, and his one-hop throw home was in time to get Bruce.Miguel Cabrera drove in three runs for the Tigers, who have won 10 of 11 and trail AL Central-leading Cleveland by two games.Detroits Matt Boyd (3-2) allowed three runs and six hits in five innings, and New Yorks Logan Verrett (3-7) yielded six runs and seven hits in 3 2/3 innings.Martinezs throw gave Francisco Rodriguez his 32nd save in 34 chances.J.D. picked me up big time, Rodriguez said. I guess when everythings going well, you catch those types of breaks.Bruce and Curtis Granderson homered for the Mets, but New York went 2 of 12 with men in scoring position -- and one of the hits was dArnauds on the last play of the game. Its really tough to lose this one, because we had so many good at-bats in the last few innings, and we just couldnt get the one big hit, Mets manager Terry Collins said. Then, when we finally get one, J.D. Martinez makes a great throw and we dont get anything out of it.After Bruces fourth-inning homer tied the game at 1, the Tigers answered with five runs in the bottom of the inning. Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a two-run single, and Ian Kinsler drove in another run with a single. Cabreras two-run single gave Detroit aa five-run lead.ddddddddddddIt was 6-3 in the seventh when Bruce came up with men on first and second and nobody out. Cabrera fielded his grounder and threw toward second, but the ball hit runner Neil Walker in the head and bounced toward center field. A run came home, and the Mets scored another when Wilmer Flores hit a grounder to third that Mike Aviles misplayed for an error. With men on first and second and still nobody out, dArnaud grounded into a double play, and Detroit was able to get out of the inning up 6-5.The Mets also hit into double plays in the sixth and the eighth.ROSTER MOVESThe Tigers could celebrate the win, but they announced afterward that RHP Jordan Zimmermann and 3B Nick Castellanos were headed to the DL. Castellanos left Saturdays game with a non-displaced fracture of his left hand. He was hit by a pitch during Detroits big fourth inning.Probably a minimum of four weeks, manager Brad Ausmus said. Certainly not good news for us. The important thing is for him to get healthy. Were looking really some point in early September that wed get him back. The Tigers will call up INF Casey McGehee and LHP Kyle Ryan. LHP Daniel Norris will eventually take Zimmermanns spot in the rotation.CONCESSIONThe Mets had nothing to lose by challenging the final play at the plate, but they were satisfied that Bruce was indeed out and didnt ask for a review. Our guys said he was out on the replay, so we didnt bother, Collins said. Maybe thats a play that you challenge no matter what, because the worst that can happen is you still lose the game.TRAINERS ROOMMets: RHP Zack Wheeler (Tommy John surgery) pitched an inning in his first rehab start with Class A St. Lucie.UP NEXTMets: RHP Jacob deGrom (7-5) takes the mound Sunday as New York tries to avoid a three-game sweep.Tigers: RHP Anibal Sanchez (6-11) starts for Detroit in the finale of this nine-game homestand.---Follow Noah Trister at www.Twitter.com/noahtrister Cheap Nike NFL Jerseys Jerseys NFL Cheap Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale Wholesale Jerseys 2018 Cheap Jerseys 2019 Wholesale Jerseys 2020 China NFL Jerseys China Jerseys Cheap NFL Black Jerseys Cheap Stitched Jerseys China Jerseys Wholesale Wholesale NFL Hoodies Cheap Jerseys 2020 Cheap Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys NFL China ' ' '

LOS ANGELES -- The last time they metm the Golden State Warriors smoked the Los Angeles Clippers 120-75 in an exhibition on Oct. 4 at Oracle Arena.Afterward, Clippers coach Doc Rivers, who frequently likes to tweak the Warriors with snarky comments, said Golden State approached the contest like a postseason game while his club showed up for glorified scrimmage. On Wednesday, the two Western Conforence foes engage in the first of four regular-season clashes as the Warriors visit the Clippers at Staples Center. The Warriors (18-3), who own the NBAs best record, captured six in a row over the Clippers, including the last three at Staples. The bitterness between the two clubs began in earnest during their 2014 playoff series, which the Clippers won in seven games. It reached a boiling point after Game 7 at Staples, where several players from both teams enaged in verbal confrontations in the hallway between the locker rooms. Since then, its been one of the leagues spiciest entrees. As much as Rivers has gone out of his way to publicly downplay any rivalry between the two clubs, the players tell a different story.Theyre a top team in the West, a top team in the league no matter what, Clippers forward Blake Griffin told the Los Angeles Times before Tuesdays practice. Yeah, its a different type of game than if youre playing the last seed in the East. Absolutely it is. Id be lying to come in and just say its a regular game.Anytime theres hype. ... This is the most media Ive seen before a game this whole season. Obviously, you guys will make it that. The Warriors are coming off a 142-106 rout of the Indiana Pacers behind Klay Thompsons 60-point performance in 29 minutes. Thompson, who scored 40 points in the first half, connected on 21 of 32 shots from the floor and 8 of 14 from 3-point range.Ive never seen anything like it, Warriors forward Kevin Durant, who finished with 20 points and eight rebounds in only 22 minutes, told the Bay Area News Group. In 29 minutes? And not even play the fourth quarter? Thats unheard of. I mean Ive watched Kobe (Bryant) score (81) and 62 in three quarters but to be on a team and be at the game and be on the sideline to watch it, that was crazy. The Warriors have been on a major roll. They won 14 of their last 15 games, a 132-127 double-overtime loss to the Houston Rockets on Thursday being the only blemish. Golden State leads the league in points per game (120.2) -- scoring more than 140 twice this season, assists (32) and field-goal shooting (50.3 percent). The Warriors also average a league-high 9.6 steals per contest.Meanwhile, the Clippers (16-6), who got off to one of the leagues best starts, have struggled lately. One night before the Pacers ventured to Oakland, Calif., they beat the Clippers 111-102, handing Los Angeles its fourth loss in six games.Fatigue has been one of the reasons mentioned for their troubles, some of the players admit. Since Oct. 30, Los Angeles played 21 games in 37 days, one of the busiest runs in the league. But the Clippers swear the early wear and tear is no reason for excuses.I think our record could have been a lot better over this past stretch, which is the toughest part, point guard Chris Paul said. We knew we were going into a six-week stretch without having two days (off) between games, but Im glad that we got through it. Im still a little disappointed (with the losses) because given the situation we still had given ourselves more opportunities to win. Sunday NFL Funday.Fantasy football style is less than 24 hours away, and there is no better way to kick it off than with a win. So, lets get started! Top fantasy news and notes as we get closer to Sunday:Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski has been scratched from Week 1, so get another tight end in your lineup NOW.Seahawks RB Christine Michael will start for Seattle over Thomas Rawls, so pick up Michael off your waiver wire if available.Vikings QB Shaun Hill will start Week 1. No Sam Bradford yet.Dolphins RB Jay Ajayi didnt make the trip to Seattle, so expect a heavy dose of Arian Foster.Time for studs (beyond the obvious), duds and sleepers. Here we go:STUDSQB: Derek Carr @ New OrleansThis matchup has the potential to be a shootout in the Big Easy. The Saints defense allowed 19 percent more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks than any other team last season. If that trend carries over into the 2016 season, watch out.(Others: Eli Manning @ Dallas, Kirk Cousins vs. Pittsburgh)WR: Sammy Watkins @ BaltimoreWatkins has a very favorable matchup against Ravens DB Jimmy Smith on Sunday afternoon. His chemistry with QB Tyrod Taylor will be on tap in Charm City. I love Watkins this week.(Others: Amari Cooper @ New Orleans, Golden Tate vs. Indianapolis)RB: Lamar Miller vs. ChicagoMiller makes his way from Miami to Houston, where he is expected to be featured more, and gets a good matchup in Week 1 against the Bears. Miller is a RB1. If you own him, play him.(Others: Doug Martin @ Atlanta, Carlos Hyde vs. Los Angeles)TE: Travis Kelce vs. San DiegoKelce had over 100 targets last season, and perhaps more of those targets take place in the red zone in 2016. Last year, San Diego allowed a little more than seven fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.(Others: Coby Fleener vs. Oakland, Gary Barnidge @ Philadelphia, Zach Ertz vs. Cleveland)DUDSQB: Philip Rivers @ Kansas CityThe Chiefs defense was great last season. Is it as good in 2016? Time will tell. Rivers was held without a passing score in three games last year, and two of those games were against Kansas City. Its evident the Chiefs have his number. Give me a different gunslinger on Sunday.WR: Julian Edelman @ ArizonaEdelman has a few things going against him Sunday. No Tom Brady and a matchup against the Cardinals DBs.dddddddddddd Jimmy Garoppolo will be at the helm for the first four weeks for the Pats, and the jury is still out on how well hell play. Arizonas Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu are some of the best defensive backs in the business.RB: Jeremy Hill @ New York JetsHill will be the main back for the Bengals, with Giovani Bernard sprinkled in for a change of pace and to help in the passing game. However, Week 1 is against the Jets, who gave up the fewest rushing yards and just two rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs last season.TE: Antonio Gates @ Kansas CityGates has only scored one touchdown in his last nine games against the Chiefs. Kansas City allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends last season. The numbers dont look good for this NFL senior citizen.SLEEPERSQB: Matthew Stafford @ IndianapolisThe Colts cornerback department is one of the worst in the NFL. To make matters worse, DB Vontae Davis is out for Week 1. This shootout will play well for Stafford, and he has the potential to put up top 5 QB fantasy numbers come Sunday.(Honorable mention: Taylor @ Baltimore)WR: Eric Decker vs. CincinnatiDecker scored 12 touchdowns last season. Ryan Fitzpatrick likes to target Decker when the Jets are in the red zone, and he has a favorable matchup this week against the Bengals. Decker is a solid WR2 this week.(Honorable mentions: Marvin Jones vs. Indianapolis, Donte Moncrief vs. Detroit)RB: DeAngelo Williams @ WashingtonWilliams has three weeks to crush it until LeVeon Bell returns from suspension. Williams shined last season when given the spotlight, and the expectations are he will do the same this season. Washington allowed the ninth-most rushing yards to opposing running backs last season.(Honorable mentions: Spencer Ware vs. San Diego, Michael vs. Miami)TE: Clive Walford @ New OrleansWalford is still available in a little over 60 percent of ESPN leagues. If you own Gronk, who is a no-go in Week 1, grab Walford off the waiver wire now. He has a great matchup against a Saints defense that allowed the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends last season.(Honorable mention: Jared Cook @ Jacksonville)Good luck in Week 1! Wholesale Authentic Jerseys . The 19-year-old Olsen played 34 games with the Kelowna Rockets of the WHL this season. In that time, hes recorded 17 goals and 17 assists with 36 penalty minutes. The rest of the hockey world began narrowing the gap a long time ago. But make no mistake, Canada remains the team to beat in these tournaments, having won four of the past five best-on-best events dating back to the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, and then adding victories at the last World Cup in 2004, the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and of course the most recent test, the 2014 Games in Sochi. Overall, going back to the inaugural Canada Cup (later renamed World Cup) in 1976, Canada has won eight of the 12 best-on-best events staged in the history of the sport. So of course the road to victory in this years World Cup goes through the host team. But that is not to say Canada is unbeatable, however. Far from it.How Team Canada could winWhere to start? The back-to-back Olympic champs are loaded up front, led by?Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews, John Tavares, Steven Stamkos, Joe Thornton and Claude Giroux. Team Canada is?once again a whos who of superstars up and down its four forward lines.A big key was that head coach Mike Babcock identified early in training camp the two wingers who will play with Crosby -- ?Brad Marchand and Patrice Bergeron?--?potentially solving a riddle, finding a line fit for his best player, that had perplexed him throughout the past two Olympics. That trio showed immediate chemistry during the first day of camp.In goal, the 1-2-3 punch of Carey Price, Braden Holtby and Corey Crawford is matched perhaps only by Team USAs netminders in terms of quality and depth, although most observers agree that Price is the best goalie in the world when hes back in form. The coaching staff, led by Babcock, has star- and brain-power. It features Joel Quenneville, Claude Julien, Barry Trotz and up-and-comer Bill Peters. This team will be expertly prepared.Price was steady in Sochi when tested, but never had to steal a game, as Canadas keep-away, puck-possession strategy on the bigger ice delivered a surgical, undefeated Olympic performance. Now that Team Canada is back on NHL-sized ice, the system has been tweaked. But the stars both on the ice and behind the bench are aiming for a similar result -- and desire to own the puck. How Team Canada could loseDuncan Keiths?absence because of innjury is potentially devastating.dddddddddddd. If this team has any soft underbelly, its on the left side of its defense. Marc-Edouard Vlasic has proven to be up to the task, elevating his game both in Sochi and in the NHL the past few years to become one of the leagues top defensemen, but he doesnt have the offensive talent that Keith does, and the drop-off to an aging Jay Bouwmeester and Team Canada newcomer Jake Muzzin is real. It has led to right-handed Alex Pietrangelo beginning camp playing on the left side, which is something Babcock would rather avoid but clearly feels has no choice but to do.If Canada falters, critics will wonder why a guy like Kris Letang?or P.K. Subban,?though both right-handed, werent named after their outstanding seasons. The right-left defense debate will rage on in hockey-mad Canada if the host team loses.Another wild card for Canada is Prices form. The goalie missed most of last season with a knee injury. Its been nine months since he has played a real game. Can he shake off the rust in time to lead Canada to a World Cup title? Would Babcock consider pulling him for Holtby or Crawford midway through the tourney -- like he did Martin Brodeur for Roberto Luongo at the 2010 Games -- if he feels Price hasnt found his A-game? Its something to monitor, to be sure. What to watch for: As Stamkos goes, so goes CanadaStamkos has waited for this chance for a long time. A broken leg robbed him of a trip to Sochi in 2014 in what would have been his first Olympics. Hes champing at the bit to make his mark at this stage for his native country. He also happens to be the best pure goal scorer on this ridiculously talented team. He has spent most of camp and pretournament on a line with Logan Couture and Toews, a very responsible, two-way unit that obviously still has offensive firepower. Stamkos observed during camp that Toews was underrated offensively, that he is always on the right side of the puck, which creates opportunities for a shooter like Stamkos. If Canada does win again, look for the Tampa Bay Lightning captain to be a central figure. Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino says he will give both the Europa League and the Premier League equal priority between now and the end of the season. The North London club have a glorious chance of ending their 55-year wait for the English league title as they sit five points behind leaders Leicester with nine games remaining. But Pochettino admits he will make changes to his team for the Europa League last-16 first leg in Dortmund on Thursday night, with a trip to Villa Park looming on Sunday afternoon. Pochettino is happy for Tottenham to be competing on two fronts He told Sky Sports News HQ: Always we try to take the better decision and pick the better players for different games. I think tomorrow (Thursday) we have a very tough game against Borussia Dortmund and I think the Europa League and Premier League are competitions that are our priority now because we have two competitions. But in the same way we are in a period that is tough for the players and sometimes you need to refresh the team and sometimes you need to rotate. It is difficult to play every game with the same team and for that, from the beginning of the season, we always spoke about the important thing is to have a big squad and that all the players feel they are important and the starting XI is the best team we can pick to try to win the game.Dortmund trail Pep Guardiolas Bayern Munich by five points, and Pochettino said: There are some similarities between ourselves and Borussia Dortmund. In a viral video released by the European Tour on Friday, world No. 2 Rory McIlroy answered questions from 9-year-old Little Billy on a wide assortment of topics that varied from his decision to skip the Olympics to what golf clubs he might use in 2017.McIlroy, who played along and was a good sport through it all, chuckled at nearly every question tossed his way, sometimes with an uncomfortable awkwardness that lent itself to the authenticity of the session. Some of the playful queries on serious topics included:? If youre so tough, how come youre so scared of a little mosquito? (This came in reference to McIlroy skipping the Rio Olympics in August in part because of the Zika virus scare that has been linked to birth defects in children.) McIlroy replied that he was looking forward to having kids someday and a few people used that excuse and I sort of jumped on the bandwagon.? Whos your favorite girrrrrl tennis player? (McIlroy was expecting to marry former world No. 1 tennis player Caroline Wozniacki before he broke off the engagement in 2014.) After struggling to find an answer, McIlroy conceded, Honestly, Billy, Ive stopped following womens tennis the last couple of years.??Showing a photo of some of McIlroys past hairstyles, Billy asked, What weeeere you thinking? (It was a phase and I should have listened to my dad, came McIlroys response.)? Little Billy told the four-time major champ that he wanted to interview Tiger Woods next. The 9-year-old asked whether McIlroy could put in a good word for him with Woods.Ill put in a good word for you, McIlroy said. Id love to see you interview Tiger. Id love to see that. The youngster followed up by asking whether he should ask Woods for career advice or chat-up (pickup) lines.Chat-up lines, McIlroy said. Hes been pretty successful in both areas, but I dont see why you couldnt ask him both questions.??In possibly the first time a U.S. president-elect and a former One Direction singer were mentioned in the same sentence, Little Billy posed the question, Who tries the hardest to be your friend, Donald Trump or Niall Horan? They both love golf, McIlroy answered. I think thats a great thing. And because Im good at it, its nice to have a relationship. Id say Trump tried a little harder than Niall did.? With Nike exiting the golf club business and McIlroy a major endorser of the brand, Little Billy asked the Northern Irishman what kind of clubs he should get for Christmas if he wanted ones just like McIlroys next year.McIlroy deftly replied that Santa would know, stopping the kid in his tracks. So what was McIlroy expecting from the cub reporter? It was a lot of fun, McIlroy said Saturday. [I got a call] the week before and [was asked], how close to the bone can we go? And I said, look, I dont mind, you can go as close as you want. Wasnt quite expecting some of the questions that came up, but it was all in good fun.McIlroy, who shot 68 in Round 3 of the DP World Tour Championship, where the interview with Little Billy occurred, scrambled as best he could considering the circumstances.I definitely had to put my thinking hat on a couple of times and try to wiggle out a couple of them as best I could,?McIlroy said. The interview, which aired Friday, ended with Little Billy offering an early wedding gift to McIlroy, who is engaged to American Erica Stoll. When McIlroy opened the box full of socks, he looked at Little Billy with a bemused expression.Just in case you get cold feet again, the 9-year-old said. China NFL Jerseys . Liverpool and Southampton sent Chelsea down to fourth place as the west London club was held to 2-2 at home. RIO DE JANEIRO -- Undefeated, uncatchable, unquestionably the best.Usain Bolt bid a blazing-fast farewell to Rio de Janeiro, and probably the Olympics altogether, Friday night with yet another anchor leg for the ages. He turned a close 4x100 relay race against Japan and the United States into a runaway, helping Jamaica cross the line in 37.27 seconds. With the victory, Bolt won his ninth career Olympic medal and completed a triple-triple, with three gold medals at three consecutive Olympics. There you go, Bolt said. Im the greatest. The U.S. finished the race third but endured yet another relay debacle; the Americans were disqualified because it was ruled that leadoff runner Mike Rodgers passed the baton to Justin Gatlin outside the exchange zone.?Canada was elevated to the bronze-medal position in a national-record 37.64 seconds, trailing silver medalist Japan.USA Track & Field said early Saturday morning that it had appealed the decision. It marked the ninth time since 1995 that the U.S. men have been disqualified or failed to get the baton around at the Olympics or world championships.Hell, we already did the victory lap, and then when we talked to TV, they told us, said Tyson Gay, who ran the third leg for the Americans. They said Justin got the stick before the zone. Hes saying he didnt. Hopefully we can appeal.Gatlin called the incident a twilight zone, a nightmare -- all that hard work just crumbles.I believe in my guys, man, he said. I just hate that it happened to us in this fashion.Japan, which had the lead going into the final baton change, finished 0.33 seconds behind Jamaica.Undaunted despite running in the lane beside Bolt, Aska Cambridge anchored Japan in an Asian record time of 37.60. It topped the bronze medal from the team of 2008 -- the first men from Japan to win an Olympic track medal in a sprinting event. It was really, really fantastic, and its just so nice to be part of it, said the 23-year-old Cambridge, who has a Japanese mother and a Jamaican father. I may have Jamaican blood, but I was brought up in Japan and trained in Japan.Canadas Andre de Grasse, who won silver in the 200 meters and bronze in the 100, said his team had seen the Americans disqualified before, most recently at last years world championships.Last year we were fourth, and U.S. got DQd and we got a medal, he said. I told them all to wait around. You dont know what can happen. Its tricky. Sometimes it just doesnt take just speed.Still, he hadnt been expecting such big things from the silver medalists.Japan probably surprised us a little bit, de Grasse said. We didnt expect to see them up there. But congrats to them as well.Gatlin has won five medals in his career, including a gold in the 100 meters at the 2004 Athens Games. At age 34, he said he wasnt willing to call this the end of his Olympic career.I never said this was my last Olympics, he said. This has made me hungry for the world championships next year.?Bolt hasnt botched a relay handoff in any major championship since he started running them in 2007. Its easier when you know youre the fastest man out there.Bolts record in Olympic finals: nine races, nine wins. Nobody has done that before, and nobody is on the horizon to do it again soon.As expected, Bolt said he doesnt plan to compete again in the Olympiics.ddddddddddddIm sorry, guys, said Bolt, who has a vacation on tap next. But this is the last one.Along with Bolt for his final trip down the track were Nickel Ashmeade, training partner Yohan Blake and the Jamaican elder statesman, former world-record holder Asafa Powell. My team came through for me tonight, Bolt said. As long as we got the baton round, it was never in doubt. When Bolt received the yellow baton from Ashmeade for his final run down the straightaway, he was even, maybe a step behind, Japans Cambridge and Trayvon Bromell of the United States. That lasted about four steps. With 70 meters to go, it was all over. Bolt looked at the clock, same as he did when he finished the 200-meter victory the night before. No world record, but he still owns that one too -- 36.84 seconds, set four years ago at the London Games.I am just relieved, Bolt said. Its happened. I am just happy, proud of myself. Its come true. The pressure is real. I look at it as an accomplishment.Counting all the preliminaries, finals and his approximately nine-second blast down the stretch in Fridays race, Bolt has spent 325 seconds, a tad less than 5? minutes, running on the track at the Olympics since he made his debut in Beijing eight years ago.Every tick of the clock has been a treasure. While he might not close things out with 23 golds, the number Michael Phelps left Rio with earlier this week, its hard to argue there is anybody more successful, electric or important to his sport and the Olympics themselves. The anchor sport of the Olympics has been mired, especially over the past year, in a cesspool of doping, cheating and bad characters. When Bolts on the track, everyone forgets.A great sprinter, said Gay, who once upon a time was Bolts biggest challenger. Nine gold medals, words cant even describe what hes done for the sport. So much of that is because the show isnt over when hes through running. After crossing the line for his finale, Bolt pumped his fist in the air, slowed down and took off his famous gold spikes. He huddled with his teammates, and they prayed. Then, a final, luxurious ring around the track.Ill stay up late tonight, Bolt said when asked how he would celebrate. But before he left the track, his partners peeled off from the victory lap. With the stadium emptying, Bolt kneeled down, brought his hands out to his sides and soaked in one last burst of applause. Then he kissed the track and slapped his hand on the number 3 painted at the starting line.As in three Olympics, three races at each, three gold medals each time.He could have just as easily slapped the number 1. That would need no explanation. After his news conference ended in the wee hours, Bolt came back onto the track with most of the lights in the stadium having already been turned off.Bolt took a couple throws of the javelin, the last one going about 50 meters. He posed for some pictures afterward, with the javelin -- which he requested a formal measurement of -- still stuck in the Olympic Stadium turf.Bolts final throw would have earned him a sixth-place finish at this years Jamaican national championships.Information from The Associated Press was used in this report. CLEVELAND -- Three games at Wrigley Field did to Kyle Schwarber what a shredded left knee, six grueling months of rehab and the Cleveland Indians havent: keep the Chicago Cubs slugger in check. The resilient 23-year-old completed a warp-speed recovery after tearing two ligaments in a collision with teammate Dexter Fowler on April 7. Schwarber returned for the World Series and drove in a pair of runs as the designated hitter in Chicagos 5-1 win over Cleveland in Game 2 last Wednesday.Still, doctors didnt trust his knee enough to let him play defense. The result? Three agonizing days in which Schwarber might have been the most anxious person at Wrigley Field. His only appearance during the Series first visit to the Friendly Confines since 1945 came when he popped out as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning of a 1-0 loss in Game 3.Now that its back to Cleveland for Game 6 on Tuesday night, Schwarber can resume his DH duties while the Cubs try to force a Game 7 in search of their first title in more than a century. It gives them some thunder that theyll situate right in the middle, which you have to respect, Indians manager Terry Francona said Monday. But I mean, theyve got a lot of other good bats, too. I think people can get carried away with some things.Kind of hard not to after Schwarber went 3 for 7 with two RBI and a pair of walks in Games 1 and 2. His teammates were left grasping for ways to explain how Schwarber could do that while facing big league pitching for the first time in more than 200 days.Hes a stud, Chicago second baseman Ben Zobrist said. Hes a special player. One whose mere presence provided the Cubs with an emotional jolt when he arrived on the eve of Game 1. The hulking former Indiana Hoosier needed only a weekend in the Arizona Fall League against minor leaguers to get up to speed. He could have just cashed it in and said, `Ill be ready for spring training, Zobrist said.Only Schwarber didnt. Dont let the easy smile or the wannabe hipster bloom of facial hair underneath his chin fool you -- below the surface, theres a work ethic that lacks an off switch.Schwarbers summer was a grind. He was early to the ballpark for physical therapy, followed by weight training or conditioning, extended time in the batting cage and then perhaps the hardest part: watching in sweatpants while Chicagos special season went on without him.It looked easy when he ripped a double off the wall against Indians ace Corey Kluber in Game 1. It wasnt.I dont know theres anybody in the league that can do that, Zobrist said. Its really, really difficult to wake up and get out of bed after six months ... and be a great hitter like he is.Yet all that momentum came to a halt in Chicago, a city that has embraced the barrel-chested masher from the Cincinnati suburbs as one of its own. On a team of preternaturally composed budding stars like Kris Bryant and Addison Russell, Schwarber is the go-for-broke kid. His swing is all swagger, menace and muscle. He doesnt step into the box looking to make contact. Thats not why the Cubs pay him, anyway. All that confidence couldnt make an impact from the bench at Wrigley, though. Chicago manager Joe Maddon tried to find spots for Schwarber, but his pinch-hit appearance in Game 3 was his only trip to the batters box. He was on deck when the Cubs made the final out of their Game 4 loss, and didnt even get that close during a Game 5 win. That wont be an issue in Cleveland, a development thats given Maddon a newfound appreciation for the DH, something that waned after he left the American League by bolting from Tampa Bay to Chicago in November 2014.Im a much bigger fan of the National League game in general, Maddon said. But under these circumstances where we are right now in the year, Ill take that American League game just to get Schwarbs involved. TAMPA, Fla. -- At the risk of riling some critics who insist hes too nice on the football field, Tampa Bays Gerald McCoy concedes he has a deep admiration for Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. The four-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle stresses, however, that sportsmanship should never be mistaken for a lack of commitment to do whatever is necessary to win. When the Buccaneers (3-4) host the NFC South-leading Falcons (5-3) on Thursday night, McCoy intends to do everything he can to make the NFLs passing yardage leader uncomfortable.Matty Ice is Matty Ice. I love the guy, said McCoy, whos been criticized at times by fans who feels he often shows too much reverence for opposing players. The seventh-year pro is unapologetic about saying kind things about star players or occasionally helping another teams quarterback to his feet after a sack.Hes a nice guy, hes a great player, so what? I love football and I respect him. Hes a great player and he makes you go play a lot harder, McCoy said. Ill shake his hand before and after the game, and during the game Ill try to kill him. ... It is what it is. Weve just got to stop him. Its OK to be nice. Its OK to be a nice guy.Ryan leads the league in both yards passing (2,636) and touchdowns (19). The Falcons, though, have lost three straight to the Bucs, including 31-24 in the season opener, and are hoping to tighten the division standings Thursday night.Former Atlanta coach Mike Smith, now Tampa Bays defensive coordinator, said the Falcons are not the same team the Bucs faced in Week 1.With Ryan and receiver Julio Jones leading the way, Atlanta leads the NFL in scoring and total offense. And, the defense has progressed since Jameis Winston had one of his best games of the season against the Falcons in the opener.I dont think theyre a lot different, scheme-wise, coach Dirk Koetter said. I think theyre playing with more confidence, and you would expect that. Theyve won some big games. Some things to know about the Falcons and Buccaneers:DEFENSELESS: The Buccaneers arent making excuses about allowing a franchise-worst 626 yards, including a club record 513 passing, during last weeks 30-24 overtime loss to Oakland. The team defines long plays as runs of 10-plus yards, as well as receptions of 20-plus yards. The Raiders had 12 for 374 yards, including Seth Roberts 41-yard scoring reception in OT.Totally unacceptable, Smith said.McCoy expects the unit to rebound against Atlanta.OK, lets say that they did all that and we won. Would we care? I think we care more about the fact that we lost, McCoy said. The yards, it is what it is. Ive seen teams throw for a whole bunch of yards and lose the game. We lost the game, thats what matters. Well fix that. ... We need to get a win.STOPPING THE RUN: Atlantas defense hasnt allowed an opposing player to rush for 100 yards in 13 consecutive games. With ex-Falcon Jacquizz Rodgers sidelined by a left foot injury, Tampa Bay will line up with its fourth different starting running back -- possibly Antone Smith or rookie Peyton Barber.Koetter said whoever plays, hes confident the Bucs can move the ball on the ground. If a guys here, the coach said, hes good enough.UNDER THE LIGHTS: The biggest drawback to playing twice in five days is the physical toll it takes on players. The Falcons and Bucs , however, welcome the opportunity to showcase their division rivalry to the rest of the nation. This is our chance again to play against another great team and kind of make a statement, Winston said. Just not really a statement, just to prove to ourselves that we are a good football team.Atlanta coach Dan Quinn doesnt mind the short preparation time. There is a little bit of pre-planning that goes into it, but I do like it. Id like it better if it was always a home game, but honestly I do like it, playing night games and having them as division games, Quinn said. Honestly, its a lot of fun.HOMEFIELD ADVANTAGE?: Not at Raymond James Stadium. The Bucs have one of the worst home records (3-16) in the NFL over the past three seasons. They are 0-3 at home this season, compared to 3-1 on the road. The Falcons are 3-1 on the road, the lone setback a two-point loss at Seattle on Oct. 16.---AP NFL website: www.pro32.ap.org and http://twitter.com/AP-NFL Cheap Soccer Jerseys .875,000, avoiding arbitration. CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- Miami Hurricanes freshman Dewan Huell learned the day before Wednesdays game against Rutgers that he would be making his first collegiate start.I went to sleep happy, he said, and woke up even happier.Huell was still smiling after the game. The 6-foot-11 Miami native had 14 points and seven rebounds in 25 minutes, and the Hurricanes scored 17 consecutive points in the second half to beat previously undefeated Rutgers in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, 73-61.With more than 20 friends and relatives in the crowd, Huell scored in double figures for the fifth time this season and had a couple of baskets worthy of video replays.I was very impressed with Dewans acrobatic, athletic ability to score near the rim, Miami coach Jim Larranaga said.Huell had five offensive rebounds. Another freshman, Bruce Brown, had nine rebounds and 11 points, including a 3-point play with less than two minutes left to stop a late Rutgers run.Teammate Davon Reed totaled 18 points and six rebounds for Miami (5-2), which bounced back from consecutive losses last week. The Scarlet Knights (6-1) had been off to their best start since their Final Four season in 1975-76, but they hadnt faced a team with the Hurricanes talent. Are we ready for this kind of game? Rutgers coach Steve Pikiell said. Probably not.The Scarlet Knights came into the game third in the nation in rebounding margin, but the Hurricanes outrebounded them 44-30.The emphasis to this game was to rebound the ball, Brown said. We just wanted it more.Rutgers trailed by 15 points early, rallied to within 36-32 and then went nine minutes without a point. The Scarlet Knights went 0 for 11 with five turnovers during the drought while Miami pulled out to a 53-32 lead. The Hurricanes took leads of 15-4 and 25-10, and then scored two points over the next eight minutes while coommitting a flurry of turnovers that allowed the Scarlet Knights to climb back into the game.ddddddddddddMiami led 34-28 at halftime.BIG PICTURERutgers: Rutgers was outrebounded 14-2 in the first 10 minutes. The Hurricanes grabbed 15 of the 32 rebounds when they missed a shot.Their length bothered us, Pikiell said. That team is as good a rebounding team as were going to face. Before the game, Larranaga stressed Rutgers rebounding ability. We made a strong emphasis to the team that if we dont rebound, were not going to be in the game, he said.Miami: The Hurricanes are especially young and inexperienced inside, but Huell showed his potential to provide a foundation for the future. His most impressive play might have been a graceful, high-flying layup leading a fast break for a 49-32 lead. He also drove the baseline from the left corner for a dunk, prompting a big cheer from the small crowd.I like the breakaway layup to show my ball-handling skills, Huell said. The Rutgers coach was among those impressed.Huell, I love him, Pikiell said. Hes going to be terrific.CLAMPDOWNIt was another strong defensive effort by the Hurricanes, who came into the game ranked 12th in scoring defense at 58.7 points per game. Mike Williams led Rutgers with 16 points off the bench in 19 minutes.BAD RATIOThe Hurricanes had nine assists and 19 turnovers. It really should be the opposite, Larranaga said. Were a little young and dont have team chemistry on offense yet.UP NEXTRutgers: The Scarlet Knights return home to play Morgan State on Saturday.Miami: All six of the Hurricanes games in December will be in South Florida, beginning Saturday against Wofford.---More AP college basketball: http://collegebasketball.ap.org Cheap Stitched Jerseys China Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Womens Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Outlet Wholesale Throwback Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys 2019 Jerseys Wholesale Discount NFL Jerseys Stitched NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Throwback Cheap NFL Gear Cheap NFL Jerseys Throwback Wholesale Jerseys 2018 Wholesale NFL White Jerseys ' ' '

RIO DE JANEIRO -- It came down to a dare in the headwinds, a bit of verbal jockeying by elite triathletes at a moment when mere mortals would have been too gassed for banter.Two-time world champion and prerace favorite Gwen Jorgensen of the United States knew she wouldnt win on reputation alone. A flat tire derailed her chances in the Olympic triathlon in London four years ago. On Saturday, she found herself rounding into the bell lap with defending champion Nicola Spirig of Switzerland. The two women hadnt been on the same course since that day in 2012.The 34-year-old Spirig had fought to get to the start on Copacabana Beach after a bike crash in early March. She raced with three plates and 23 screws in her surgically repaired left hand. She had helped make it a two-woman race with multiple aggressive attacks during the bike leg. Now, with no other athletes within realistic striking distance, the front-runners had a short discussion. No one wanted to lead, Spirig said. I was like, Come on, we share the work. And she said, No, I was leading before. I said, I was leading over there. It was just some mental games. I had to try everything to get her out of the rhythm a bit.It didnt work. She said, I already have a medal, Jorgensen said. And its fair enough. Now she has two and I still only have one.Jorgensen has the color she wants -- the gold she won by 40 seconds in 1 hour, 56 minutes, 16 seconds as she pulled away in the stretch, taking the first Olympic triathlon title by a U.S. athlete. Her pursuit compelled her to search for a coach on the other side of that world and to train with a group of young, hungry Australians who refer to her as grandma because she is 30 years old and consistently early to bed.Even as her honors and her aura expanded over the past few seasons -- two world championships, 17 World Triathlon Series wins and an undefeated 2015 -- Rio remained the big, flashing object on her radar.Jorgensen had controlled all that she could control. She won the test event held on the same course a year ago, and she was not about to let her feet betray her. She allowed herself a smile as she bore down on the finishing arch and hit the tape with her face awash in relief, followed by a few tears. She credited her husband, Patrick Lemieux, and Kiwi coach Jamie Turner, saying, Its as much their medal as it is mine.Ive said for four years that this was my goal, Jorgensen said, with just the slightest hitch in her voice. Aug. 20. I wanted to cross that line, I wanted to get a gold medal. Its pretty incredible that I was actually able to do it. Four years comes down to one day. To be able to perform on the day is something pretty amazing.Jorgensens quest combined her long-held Olympic ambition, the methodical mind of a certified public accountant, a multisport background at the University of Wisconsin and fearsome closing speed in the 10-kilometer run.Swimming was her first love, and when she was tapped by USA Triathlon college talent scout Barb Lindquist, I kind of laughed at them, Jorgensen said. I just felt like I didnt have what it took, Im not good enough.[Lindquist] said, On paper, you could be an Olympian. I just didnt believe that, and actually when I qualified for my first Olympics in 2012, it was a complete shock to me. Im just really thankful that Ive had those people to believe in me throughout the way and encourage me along the way, because without them I wouldnt be doing triathlon.Great Britains Vicky Holland saw Jorgensens kick from a familiar vantage point. To watch Gwen in full flight, usually from behind, is quite something, said Holland, who outsprinted teammate Non Stanford for the bronze medal. I think even today when I was watching the two of them duke it out in front, I could see they were running together for a long time before Gwen edged away. Its almost inevitable. Ive seen it in so many races. When Gwen is gone, its very hard to get her back again, and I think thats been shown time and time again. On the most important day and the most important stage, Gwen did it today.Jorgensens U.S. teammate Katie Zaferes finished 18th in 2:00:55.New Hampshires Sarah True, fourth in London, had a different kind of heartache Saturday as she tweaked her right quadriceps during the swim and had to abandon during the bike leg. Initial reports that she had crashed were incorrect. My leg seized up at the start of the bike, she posted on her Twitter feed. While I fought to ride as long as I could, I had to pull out.In an online note to ESPN.com, True wrote, No matter how we try to ignore it, theres always an element of luck to sport and I was just on the wrong side today. Cheap World Cup Jerseys . Louis Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey last Sunday. The fine is the fourth this season for Goldson. He was fined $30,000 for a hit on the New York Jets Jeff Cumberland in Week 1. I made my Test debut in the same match as Graham Gooch. He got a pair.I was at midwicket when Jeff Thomson bounced Zaheer Abbas once. Zaheer spooned it up into the leg side and both myself and Thommo went for the catch. We got there at the same time and somehow our arms got locked together as we fell. He got a popped shoulder; I got knocked out.Sam Trimble was Queenslands leading run scorer before Stuart Law. And he was born in New South Wales. That still sends shivers down my spine. Im a New South Welshman and would never play for anyone else.I rejected the WSC offer after I found that these matches would be played in direct opposition to the Australian Cricket Board matches that were being sponsored by British American Tobacco, the company that had employed me since 1969. I felt I couldnt turn my back on a company that had supported me in cricket for nearly ten years, and by then I wasnt really enjoying playing cricket for a living. Some joker calling himself Michael Angelow ran naked across the Oval pitch, jumped the stumps at both ends and when two police officers escorted him off, one put his helmet over his backside the other over the blokes nether regions. In 1975, the NSW players were being paid A$8 per day. The guy at the SCG gate got $30 per day. Before the 1975 World Cup, apart from England and a lot of the West Indies players, who had been playing county cricket in England, there wasnt much one-day experience. Australia had only played a handful of one-day internationals.Rod Marsh once said, I bet that Im the tallest in the team sitting down. He threw down ten bucks on the table and ran a book on it. Rod mustve got his information from somewhere, because it turned out he was right. Short legs but a long upper body.In my first Test England captain Mike Denness won the toss at Edgbaston, put Australia in, we scored 359, and then it rained. Wickets were left uncovered back then, only the bowlers run-ups were covered. Australia won by an innings. Denness never played another Test for England.Geoff Boycott, Englands best batsman, made himself unavailable in 1975. No matter what the excuse, it was clear that he did not want to engage with Lillee and Thomson.Tony Greig brought an intensity to the England team which made them more competitive. Our first World Cup match, at Leeds against Pakistan, was my first appearance for Australia. I helped get us off to a fast start with 46.Against Kent in the 1975 tour game, Ian Chappell declared at lunch on the last day with Australia 354-odd ahead. I sat near Ian and Colin Cowdrey at lunch. Colin told Ian that he believed himself to be a little beyond first-class cricket and that he was contemplating retirement. After lunch Kent lost an early wicket. Enter one MC Cowdrey, to face Dennis Lillee, Alan Hurst, Gary Gilmour and the rest. Fifteen minutes before the end, Cowdrey walked off with 151 runs and a four-wicket win for Kent. He played another year after that. I scored 156 in the first innings.During the 1980s and early 90s, I managed Benson and Hedges sponsorships, including cricket.I was not selected for the 1977 England tour. McCosker was still not fit for the Jubilee Test at Lords, and second wicketkeeper Richie Robinson opened the batting with Ian Davis.Greg Chappell took over the captaincy from Ia, in 1976, and while he wasnt quite the leader that his brother was, he led mostly with his bat. To say that Greg was a great player at that point in time was an understatement.I underestimated the toughness of an Ashes battle. It was a lot more intense than I imagined, and I failed to distinguish myself with the bat.The Australian cricket administration failed to acknowledge the growing unsettledness of the players and ignored their approaches for greater remuneration. Cricket was becoming a business, and historically, businesses that subjugate their workers more often than not end up with industrial action.I only ever had two overs in first-class cricket, both at John Edrich and Geoff Boycott, when NSW played the MCC in 1970-71. After one over, Boycott said, Im not going to face any more of that. I asked him whether he was scared of my bowling. The World Cup final was an epic event at Lords. Clive Lloyd played a masterful innings. It was my first tour, 1975 to England, so I thought Id see if I could room with my friend Gary Gilmour, who was on his first tour too. Ian Chappell said, No way, hes rooming with Max Walker and youre rooming with Ross Edwards, so you can both learn something.I played my last Test in Auckland in February 1977 and was dropped for the Centenary Test. We had three openers: myself, Rick McCosker and Ian Davis, and the selectors wanted to find room for David Hookes in the middle order. While we were in New Zealand, Hookes had scored five consecutive Sheffield Shield centuries. That demanded his selection for the Centenary Test.My career with British American Tobacco Australia lasted 43 years, during which I had management roles in finance and accounting, sales, marketing, and supply chain.By 1973, Australian cricket was sponsored and television money had started to flow into the game. Players received little more than what they had received since the 60s. The cricket administration was na?ve and shortsighted not to recognise the playeers right to share in this situation.dddddddddddd. The administrators created a situation whereby a breakaway tournament like World Series Cricket was possible. On day one [of the Centenary Test], McCoskers jaw was broken by a bouncer from Bob Willis and I was asked to get my gear flown to Melbourne. The Queen was to attend again on day five, and if the match finished early, there would have been a one-day game, in which I was to play.At one point I was Ranwick Cricket Clubs first grade captain and president. So I ran the team and the board. As a senior player you have an obligation to young players to make sure they have fulfilled their potential.During the Boxing Day Test against Pakistan in Melbourne in 1976, a number of personal, one-on-one discussions took place between the players and an anonymous representative of an Australian businessman, which later, of course, turned out to be Kerry Packer.I saw Tom Graveney play for Queensland. He was in his forties by then, but still made batting look easy, just nudged it around, no fanfare. He had 50 on the board almost before you realised he was out there.I played junior cricket with Jeff Thomson in NSW. He played a couple of games for us before he went up to Queensland and then I had to play against him for the rest of my life.We were told that WSC would cover three years. Money was discussed and agreed on the condition that no one said anything. Secrecy was imperative. Before the 1975 Ashes, we went on a ten-day development tour of Canada. Ian Chappell had some connections out there. Matches were played on coir matting stretched over rolled mud. Wed never played on this surface and struggled with the pace, spin and bounce. We won most of our games but lost one to a Toronto team, containing a lot of former West Indian first-class players. No one said much to me before my first Test. You were an Australian, youd got there because you could play, and you were expected to man up.I scored a hundred before lunch against Sri Lanka at The Oval in 1975. This was the first one-day international century scored by an Australian. If I walked into a Test match dressing room today, youd have trouble finding a place to put your backside down to sit, because theyve got so many hangers-on, coaches for that, mentors for this. We had a manager who managed all the off-field stuff and a captain who managed the on-field stuff. The senior players were your mentors.Today youd be rooming with your wife. When my wife came to see me on that [1975] England tour, I had to move out of the team hotel. Doug Walters wife was the only one who travelled around with us, but even she wasnt allowed on the bus. She had to travel on the baggage cart.By the end of the 1975-76 season, Australia were the best side in the world, but on their day West Indies could beat anyone. We beat them 5-1, but the one Test they won, in Perth, in four days, was the most convincing victory in the series. That Australian team was very committed to each other and to the cause. There were no divisions. Viv Richards ran me out in the World Cup final, but I thought I had made my ground. After looking at the replays, Ian Chappell agreed with me. If it werent for Vivs three run-outs, wed have won that game.I walked into the NSW dressing room for the first time aged 18 and someone asked me my name. I said Alan Turner. And someone replied: Well call you Fitteran [A fitter and turner manufactures mechanical parts and assembles those parts together to manufacture a mechanical device.] The nickname stuck. It was so windy during the 1977 tour match in Wellington that we had to play without bails and trust the batsmans honour that theyd walk off if the ball hit the stumps. We were having breakfast in our hotel just north of Leeds before the start of the last day of the 1975 Ashes Test, when someone from Headingley arrived and asked Ian Chappell and our manager, Fred Bennett, to go down to the ground for a meeting. When the rest of us arrived an hour later, we found that vandals, supporters of convicted murderer George Davis, had dug holes in the wicket and also poured oil on it.During the 1975 World Cup, 60 overs per team made for a long day and a three-day turnaround between matches meant players had to focus on recovery, particularly the bowlers.John Snow was every bit the excellent bowler and fierce competitor that I imagined he was after seeing him in Australia in 1970-71, when hed bowled England to victory.Ian Chappell was a tremendous captain. He put his heart and soul into every match, he backed his players to the hilt. His leadership was exemplary and his strategy spot on. He was probably the best captain that I ever played under.I was chairman of the Benson and Hedges Company between 1991 and 1994. When Mike Whitney got 11 wickets against India in Perth in 1992, I gave him the Man-of-the-Match award. That was nice for both of us, as Id been Mikes captain when he started playing first-grade cricket at Randwick Cricket Club. I got to the WACA just after lunchtime, went up to have lunch, and then Michael cleaned up the tail, so I had to rush down to the presentation. He still owes me lunch. PORTLAND, Ore. -- Xavier Johnsons 19 points helped Colorado hand Portland its first home loss in the Terry Porter era on Saturday night, 76-63.We gave away too many offensive rebounds and turned the ball over too much, Pilots senior guard Alec Wintering said. But we were hanging close (and then) just let it get away.Josh Fortune added 14 points, Derrick White had 13 and George King 12 for Colorado (6-2), which was coming off a 14-point loss to in-state rival Colorado State on Wednesday. Johnson hit 8 of 10 from the line and was 5 for 11 from the field.Jazz Johnson led Portland (4-3) with 18 points, Wintering added 17 and DMarques Tyson had 14.A 3-pointer from Tyson with less than nine minutes left brought Portland within three and the Pilots bench to their feet but the celebration was short lived. A jumper from Johnson ignited Colorados offense and Portland soon trailed by double-digits.We knew coming into the game that their physicality and ability to rebound would be a game changer, Porter said. They really scrapped and we didnt do a good enough job of keeping them off the boards and then we turned it over too many times. But the Pilots gave Colorado a run for their money in the first half. Both teams opened slow and struggled offensively -- neither capitalizing on the first five possessions. The Pilots gave up 10 turnovers, including five from Wintering and the Buffs committed eight. A 12-2 Portland run put them up by as many as eight but a 7-0 run by the Buffs cut the Pilots halftime lead to two.In the second half, an early 7-0 run by CU tied the game up at 35. The two teams traded points before Colorado was able to pull away on Deleon Browns 3-pointer with just over 11 minutes remaining. Although the Pilots later got within three, and had some good minutes from Tyson late, they never caught up.The second half we were better, CU coach Tad Boyle said. We battled. We competed and guys stepped up and made plays. Josh Fortune made plays, X (Xavier) Johnson made plays. West (Gordon) made a big play at a critical time. Derrick (White) made plays down the stretch. Thats what you have to have. Your fifth year seniors are only good if they play like fifth year seniors. In the second half tonight, they did.Wintering and Johnson never sat, playing all 40 minutes for Portland.BIG PICTUREColorado: The Buffaloes led the pac-12 in 3-point percentage last season and finished just 26.3 percent from outside the arc against the Pilots on Saturday.Portland: The undersized backcourt of Johnson and Wintering -- who are fourth in scoring in the country behind Central Michigans Marcus Keene and Braylon Rayson, St. Bonaventures Jalen Adams and Matt Mobley and Pittsburgs Jamel Artis and Michael Young -- put up a combined 35 points against the Buffs. The pair is coming off a combined 62-point performance.UP NEXTColorado: Returns home to host Xavier on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.Portland will stay at home and host UT Rio Grande Valley at 7 p.m. on Monday and will look to end their last home game for two weeks with a win. It was in the middle of the Barry Bonds home run chase, and I was sitting with Vin Scully in the broadcast booth at Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers were playing the Giants, and Vin had been kind enough to agree to an interview before the game. I was writing a column about his views on Bonds, though the conversation would eventually cover everything from his days at Fordham to Willie Mays.First, though, I had a confession to make.I was one of those kids with the transistor radio, I told him. Under the pillow at night, listening to the game.I dont remember what Vin said in response, but Im sure it was gracious because Vin Scully is nothing if not gracious. Its simply in his DNA, and has been since he was a kid growing up in New York.Yes, he had probably heard the same thing a thousand times before. Somehow, though, I still had to tell him how much it meant. His voice has been part of the soundtrack of my life for so long I cant remember ever being without it. His presence on the radio every spring was always a reminder that while everything changes, this never did.It changes now, for reasons as ancient as mankind. We all get old, and Vin is no exception, even if he has weathered the ravages of time well. Hes still remarkable at age 88, but wants to get out before people start whispering about his age.His last game after 67 years calling the Dodgers will be in San Francisco. Fittingly enough its on the 80th anniversary of when he was walking home from grammar school, and saw in the window of a Chinese laundry that the Giants had been beaten by the Yankees in the World Series.Ive considered him a friend for the better part of a half century, even though before that day we had never met. Our friendship was always a bit one-sided, with Vin in front of the microphone and me listening wherever I could. It pains me that hes walking away after 67 years. Not just because Ill miss him, but because there is a sobering realization that there simply isnt any more.No more Vinny to greet us wherever we may be on a beautiful night from Dodger Stadium. No more descriptions of how glorious the mountains beyond Dodger Stadium look in the fading sunlight from his perch behind home plate. No more seamlessly weaving stories in between pitches about players or things you didnt know.Im hardly alone. If anything, Im just one of many in a loosely formed community that calls Vinny their own.And we all have our own stories to tell about the hours listening to his soothing voice. It could have been any summer evening at Dodger Stadium. Often it was a nondescript game somehow made interesting in the way only Vinny could.Deuces are wild, he might say in the seventh inning. Two on, two out, a 2-2 count. Score tied 2-2.My favorites were from the 1960s Dodgers of my youth when any ball hit out of the infield was thought of as an offensive explosion. On the rare occasion there would be a Dodger home run, and Vinny would match it with a call.A way back, she is gone!!! Vinny would call out, drawing out the words for added dramatic effect.I knew him while riding in my dads car from my first baseball game in the L.A. Coliseum. I knew him on an elementary school playground, transistor radio to my ear, as Sandy Koufax mowed down the Yankees in the opening game of the 1963 World Series.I knew him on a June evening in 1968 when Don Drysdale set a scoreless streak of 58 2/3 innings. Two days earlier, Robert Kennedy had been assassinated just a mile or two away after winning the California presidential primary and the world seemed to be falling apart.Somehow, Vinny brought a bit of comfort, just like he did on so many nights with the little red radio under my pillow and his voice taking me to places both near and far away.Hi everybody and a very pleasant evening to you wherever you may be, he would greet me, and I was pretty sure he was talking just to me.My two sons are grown now but they have similar memories because Vinny was always on in our house or in our cars. They grew to love him too, and theres not too many summer days that go by without a call or a text from one of them about Vinny telling the history of beards during a game or describing how the Beatles escaped Dodger Stadium in an ambulance after they played there.Vin made calls that will live in baseball history. He memorialized Henry Aarons home run to pass Babe Ruth and Kirk Gibsons home run to win Game 1 of the 1988 World Series. He brought me into a Dodger Stadium one September night in 1965. At the time Id never been to Dodger Stadium, but I could picture myself there when he called out the time on the scoreboard as Koufax was pitching a perfect game against the Cubs.I would think that the mound at Dodger Stadium right now is the loneliest place in the world, he said in the ninth inning. He is one out away from the promised land, and Harvey Kuenn is comin up.Vinny thought Koufax was the best pitcher ever, and on that we definitely agreed. He and I are also in agreement that Willie Mays is the best player we ever saw, though he actually saw Mays and I mostly only heard Vin describe the great things he did.His final game at Dodger Stadium -- where he has described nearly 5,000 games over the years -- will be Sunday against the Rockies. Vin said this week that he hoped to focus on the game and not let his impending departure overshadow it, as if thats possible. Then its three final games in San Francisco. Hell do those in typical Vinny style, trying not to draw undue attention to himself. And then I will go home, he said.We wish that he wouldnt, wish that he would suddenly change his mind and announce that hell be back for another season. Its just a wish, and after 67 years he owes us nothing, particularly his time.He wants to watch his grandkids -- he has 16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren -- play ball. Yes, hell miss the games, but mostly hell miss the people at the ballpark.I will miss all of that, I know I will, he said. I will just do the best I can to live with it.Well do the best we can to live without Vin, too. For some of us lucky enough to have been along for a lot of the ride it will be harder than others. It was a few weeks after I first saw Vin that a hand addressed envelope came in the mail. Inside was a note from him thanking me for my nice words about him.Ive seen him several times since, but have never mentioned that my kids had it framed for me. It now hangs in a prominent spot on my office wall, and I make sure everyone who visits gets a look.Even so, Vin Scully thanking me just doesnt seem right. Not with all that I have to thank him for.----Tim Dahlberg is a national sports columnist for The Associated Press and a Southern California native. FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The Seahawks defense gave Tom Brady and the Patriots all they could handle during their Super Bowl matchup in 2015.New England wont be facing a completely healthy Seahawks unit Sunday, but the Patriots will be matching up with the highest-ranked defense theyve seen since Bradys return.Ive told you guys a lot over the years, some of the best defenses Ive played in my whole career, Brady said to reporters. They just do what they do and they do it at an extremely high level. This is one of those teams. After avenging their lone loss with a dominating 41-25 victory over the Bills last month, the Patriots entered their bye week with plenty of time to prepare for a Seattle defense ranked ninth in the NFL, giving up 332.6 yards per game.Prior to this week, the highest-ranked defense New England faced this season was in Week 6 against Cincinnati, when the Bengals were No. 11.Seattles defense was stout during its 6-6 tie with Arizona last month, but has given up 25 points in back-to-back weeks in a loss to the Saints and narrow victory over the Bills. The Seahawks are expected to get back strong safety Kam Chancellor after he missed the previous four games with a groin injury. But they will be without DE Michael Bennett, whom Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said is still rehabbing from a knee injury.Chancellors addition brings some much-needed help as Seattle attempts to deal with the Patriots two-pronged attack at tight end with Bennetts brother, Martellus, and Rob Gronkowski.Martellus Bennett said he wishes his brother could play, but hes not exactly lamenting not having to face him.Im not upset at all, Bennett said with a smile. Mikes a hell of a player. Hes always been, and he does a lot of great things ffor the Seahawks.dddddddddddd...You always want your brother to be healthy, you dont want him to be hurt, and for a guy to be well. But not this week.Belichick said its the Seahawks versatility on defense that creates the most problems.Theyre a good situational football team. Theyre very smart. They make you earn every yard, Belichick said. If you make a mistake they capitalize on it and they kill you. They dont give up very many points. They dont give up very many big plays. And thats something the Patriots have lived on since Bradys return. In his four games this season, the Patriots have 18 plays of 20 or more yards. The Patriots three quarterbacks have also not thrown an interception in their eight games. Its just a game short of the 1960 Cleveland Browns NFL record of games without a pick.New England is also scoring a lot, averaging 34 points per game with Brady. It makes forcing turnovers a priority for Seattle. The Seahawks have six interceptions and recovered two fumbles in 2016.Carroll acknowledged that Bradys quick release in the pocket creates difficulty in putting pressure on him. When youre playing a really good quarterback it takes everything, Carroll said. It takes rush, it takes terrific coverage, and then hopefully your matchups work in your favor at times. Its not going to be a sloppy game, neither one of us are going to play that way. Its going to be really sharp football and youre going to have to make your plays happen.---For more NFL coverage: http://www.pro32.ap.org and http://www.twitter.com/AP-NFL---Follow Kyle Hightower on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/khightower Cheap Stitched Jerseys China Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Womens Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Outlet Wholesale Throwback Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys 2019 Jerseys Wholesale Discount NFL Jerseys Stitched NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Throwback Cheap NFL Gear Cheap NFL Jerseys Throwback Wholesale Jerseys 2018 Wholesale NFL White Jerseys ' ' '
