Ross County boss Jim McIntyre and chairman Roy MacGregor are confident they can help change attitudes after their League Cup triumph on Sunday. County beat Championship side Hibernian 2-1 in a thrilling Hampden final, which was won by a goal in the 90th minute from Alex Schalk.The clubs first major trophy in their 87-year history has come 10 months after rivals Inverness CT claimed their biggest success when they won last seasons Scottish Cup. Both clubs left the Highland League in 1994 to join the Scottish Football League, and they have now become settled top-flight clubs.
