LONDON - Tottenham has signed Argentina defender Federico Fazio from Spanish side Sevilla on a four-year deal. The Premier League club announced the signing on Wednesday without disclosing the fee, which is reported in the British media to be 8 million pounds ($13.25 million). Fazio will provide added competition at centre back, where Spurs already have Jan Vertonghen, Younes Kaboul, Eric Dier and Vlad Chiriches. Michael Dawson moved to Hull on Tuesday.
