Most expect the Dolphins to “tank” the season and do a full rebuild, though there is some ancillary thought they could jump into the Nick Foles sweepstakes which currently includes only the Jaguars.As far as the Jaguars are concerned, I think the Tannehill rumors are just additional buzz to check the price tag of Nick Foles.
