ROME -- Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain and Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina both passed medicals with Napoli on Wednesday, clearing the way for the duo to join the Serie A runner-up. Higuain was greeted by about 100 jubilant Napoli fans waving club scarves and Argentina flags when he arrived for the medical exam, and club president Aurelio De Laurentiis said on Twitter later that both players had passed. He said there will be a "big party" in the city on Monday to celebrate the new arrivals. Arsenal was also interested in Higuain, but the 25-year-old Argentine is expected to complete a 40 million euro ($53 million) transfer to Napoli and link up with his new teammates at their training camp in Verona. Reina underwent a medical at the club earlier in the day. "Im happy to link up again with coach (Rafa) Benitez, who I knew for five years between Spain and England, and with who I have always worked very well," Reina said as he left the clinic following his medical. Benitez joined Napoli at the end of May, succeeding Walter Mazzarri, who resigned and signed to coach Inter. The Spanish coach has already signed defender Raul Albiol and forward Jose Callejon from Real Madrid, as well as PSV Eindhoven winger Dries Mertens and Santos goalkeeper Rafael. Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis recently claimed his club had 124.5 million euros ($164.5 million) to invest in the team following the 60 million euro ($79 million) sale of Edinson Cavani to Paris Saint-Germain. Adidas Superstar Wholesale China . PAUL, Minn. Williams technical director Pat Symonds has become the latest Formula One chief to call for a rethink of team radio restrictions, saying the current system has the potential to breed negligence.Mercedes became the first team to fall foul of the new regulations after the stewards added 10 seconds to Nico Rosbergs race time at the British Grand Prix for a radio call relating to a gearbox issue. The incident has reignited the debate over the radio restrictions, which are designed to prevent engineers from coaching the drivers from the pit wall.Symonds believes the restrictions go too far and says engineers need to be able to warn drivers of potential issues on the car, such as Sergio Perezs brake failure at the Austrian Grand Prix.On the pitwall, we know our rules pretty well -- and normally when something happens, we know what to do, Symonds said. With this, every single race, theres a debate that goes on in the pit lane, oh, we shouldnt do this, what are we going to do?Poor old Perez in Austria, how ridiculous. Youre going to do tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage too the car, because you cant tell a guy his brakes are about to fail? Thats negligent.dddddddddddd. Its not just wrong, its negligent. We have debated the very situation Perez found himself in and we said that if thats the case, well tell the driver to stop, we dont care about a penalty, were not going to risk injuring a driver.Symonds believes the rules need to be revised to allow engineers to talk drivers through some of the more complicated procedures on the car.I dont like it. To me its a team sport and we should work together. If people really do object to us coaching the drivers, I can live with that, but helping them manage the systems? I really dont think thats a problem. But where do you draw the line? Its a team sport and if the driver has to drive the car alone and unaided, should he change his own tyres? Can you imagine that? Where do you draw the line? And where they have drawn the line [on radio communications] is not in a good place. cheap falcons jerseyscheap ravens jerseyscheap bills jerseyscheap bears jerseyscheap bengals jerseyscheap cowboys jerseyscheap lions jerseyscheap texans jerseyscheap colts jerseyscheap jaguars jerseyscheap chiefs jerseyscheap rams jerseyscheap dolphins jerseyscheap vikings jerseyscheap saints jerseyscheap giants jerseyscheap jets jerseyscheap eagles jerseyscheap steelers jerseyscheap 49ers jerseys ' ' '
