RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Carolina Hurricanes have claimed forward Martin Frk?off waivers from the Detroit Red Wings.General manager Ron Francis announced the move Sunday, saying Frk will join the Hurricanes training camp following the teams day off Monday.Frk is a 23-year-old who has not yet skated in the NHL but had 27 goals and 17 assists last season with the Red Wings AHL affiliate in Grand Rapids.
