GENEVA， Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights warned on Friday that fighters from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant， or ISIL， are using civilians as human shields.


According to the information released Friday by the UN Human Rights Office， ISIL forced some 200 families out of Samalia village to walk to Mosul on October 17 and on the same day， 350 families fled Najafia village in Nimroud sub-district， towards Mosul， highlighting ISIL's apparent policy of preventing civilians from escaping to areas controlled by the Iraqi security forces.


The office said it is also examining reports that at least 40 civilians were shot dead by ISIL in one of the villages outside Mosul.


UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein said in a written statement that his office had verified information regarding several incidents since October 17 where ISIL has forced people to leave their homes in outlying villages to head to Mosul.


He added that they also had reports that ISIL fighters have shot dead civilians who have tried to rise up against them or who they suspect are disloyal.


Calling for the protection of civilians to be at the forefront of military planning as the Iraqi government and associated forces attempt to re-take Mosul， the UN official highlighted that he was gravely worried by reports that ISIL is using civilians in and around Mosul as human shields as the Iraqi forces advance.


He voiced particular concern regarding the women， children and men held captive by ISIL， especially those from ethnic or religious communities who are at extreme risk.


"There is a grave danger that ISIL fighters will not only use such vulnerable people as human shields but may opt to kill them rather than see them liberated，" he said.

As for costumes Puma Slides Sale , some are easy, some you need to get creative on, for example, get a frog costume Puma Creepers Sale , some wings and top it off with some evil vampire teeth and hey presto, you are now a giant flying vampire frog – classy.


Evil Flying Vampire Frog
A resident of dark, forbidding forests (etc, etc) this vampire frog attacks by biting your head and locking on as it drains your blood. This creates a bit of a quandary for your mates as when they try to rescue you they’re more than likely to stab you in the head instead


You’ll need a frog costume – all the costume places do them Puma Rihanna Sale , add to that vampire teeth and some evil looking wings. Maybe go with green face paint or to create a devilish contrast go white, yellow or red.


The Evil Were Rabbit
It’s not from D&D but is really in the spirit of it, or Monty Python…that’s no ordinary rabbit!


Several costume sellers do a brilliant Evil White Rabbit costume that is ideal for this look, it really can double as a were rabbit I think.


Or for an outrageous look get a fluffy bunny costume and evil it up with mask Puma Shoes Sale , teeth, talon hands and fake bloody axe or knife.


Pumpkin Slayer and Pumpkin Morph Man
Not D&D but very Halloween. Evil maybe but deadly…mighty warrior with sharp sword is confronted by an evil walking vegetable. A recipe for evil soup methinks.


The Pumpkin Slayer costume can be found in a lot of shops now. The Pumpkin morph suit which looks decidedly more S&M to me, is also widespread though how you eat and drink with it on I’m not sure!


The Peltast – Vampire Man Bag!
A super D&D monster classic, it’s an evil man bagvampire. You carry it about Cheap Puma Fenty , it pricks you in the mosquito fashion so you don’t know it’s bitten you and slowly drains you of blood.


To dress as a Peltast I suggest cutting arm and leg holes in an old suitcase and adding vampire fangs and maybe a small bag on your head! Or, for off the shelf costumes I’ve seen wearable body bag and doggie bag costumes that will be fine.


The Stroke Lad
Wow, D&D, the Stroke Lad Cheap Puma Slides , what does he do and do we want to know? Looking like a tall elf-goat mix with super curly shoes the stroke lad is not to be messed with! As for costumes, this is a “harder” one to do. First, get some elf type robes. Then you’ll need a dodgy looking staff of some sort, curly toed boots Cheap Puma Creepers , elf ears and goats horns…wow no wonder they call him the Stroke Lad!


The Asswere
Yep it’s a weredonkey, can it get more dumb (no). Apparently the D&D monster designers figured it would be funnier (OK it is) to name it an Asswere, just imagine the meeting, it must have been one of those offsite (bar) Friday afternoon ones!


To be an Asswere is not tricky Cheap Puma Rihanna , it’s a horse or donkey costume or mask combined with maybe some big teeth and a fake weapon. Or maybe just get a horse head mask and mix it with a wolfman body costume?
